Is there a natural remedy or safe alternative to increase a persons sex drive?

I’m not talking about impotence, just increasing the desire to have sex initially. Getting there is the problem, not sustaining an erection or finishing. Answer: For males? Have them go to the gym. After working out, the body produces more testosterone which in turn cranks up the sex drive.

Can anything be done about permanent impotence from external radiation treatments?

I was treated for Prostate Cancer Answer: Are you sure it is permanent? Were you having any problems before the treatments? What does your radiation oncologist say? What did he/she say before the treatment? Have you tried Viagra or similar medications? I have the seed implants last year and everything is working fine, so far.
